    First, I like to introduce ourselves. Together with my co-founders Stefan and Janis, we developed an awesomely designed customer support web app. Our goal is to provide an easy and intuitive professional solution for your customers' daily support requests.

    HelpSpace consists of three essential modules:

    1. There is customer communication and ticket processing.

    2. Building and sharing knowledge databases.

    3. A widget with a form and knowledge-base access that you add to your website.

    All modules are interlinked, e.g., when answering customer inquiries, you can access the knowledge database to find and send the solution to your customers or have them search your knowledge bases by themself.

    No. Self-Service sites and the Widget have our brand “Powered by HelpSpace”. If you want to remove it, you have to buy the Add-On “Remove Powered by”.
